Price & Availability
From time to time, products you order may be unavailable. If we are unable to fulfill your entire order, we will make every reasonable effort to substitute the closest product. We do not set the prices for the items you select on your grocery list. We pay the prices that each individual store has already set.
To receive delivery, you do not need to be present to receive your order from our driver. In the case of bad weather or unforeseen delivery complications, deliveries may be delayed. We will make every effort to get your groceries to you by 6:00 pm on the date of your choosing.
Your order will arrive with an invoice that will list all of the items you have received and were billed for. If something is missing from your order, please call us so that we can do everything reasonable in our power to ensure your satisfaction.
In the case where you fail to pay for the products ordered, you agree to forfeit to the Company any right, title, or interest you may have in the products.
Product information contained on the website or in our advertisements is offered as a convenience and should not be deemed as accurate. Information contained on the website or in our advertisements should not be used by you to evaluate ingredient information, nutritional values, or potential food allergies. The Company assumes no responsibility for such information.
Our drivers are allowed to accept tips. Customers are under no obligation to tip drivers but have the option of doing so at their discretion.

Refund/Return Policy
To provide the best customer satisfaction, we provide the following solutions. If you have any questions regarding the Return & Refund Policy please call our bakery. Preparation of your order can begin immediately after your order has been confirmed. We cannot accept cancellations once your order has been confirmed with the bakery.
Food Order Errors*
If you receive food that is different from your receipt, we sincerely apologize. Please call us as soon as you notice that there was an error in your order you may come to pick up the correct food item. For credit card payments, you will be refunded the sales price amount associated with the error and recharged for the new items price. For cash payments, you will be asked to pay the difference of the balance if the new food has a greater value than the food received in error. In the same way, you will receive the difference of the balance back as credit for the new item if less than the food received in error. In some cases, we may offer you a store credit. Your order will be priority if you come to pick it up. In all cases, please return the food order in the original container(s) to our host.
Food Order Incomplete*
In the rare occasion that you do not receive food that is on your receipt, we will make it up to you. Please call us as soon as you notice that any food items were not received in your order. You may cancel the missed food before we prepare it without any question, and we will refund the amount to a credit card, cash refund or we will refund you with a store credit.
Food Dissatisfaction*
We cook our food fresh to order with only the finest and freshest ingredients. We take great care and pride in all of the dishes we make. Please call us immediately if you receive unsatisfactory food caused by a dislike or objects in the food. We will need the food returned in the original container(s) so we may investigate and deal with the issue. We will prepare you a new food order. If you do not wish to receive a new dish, we may refund the amount to a credit card, cash refund or we will refund you with a store credit only after we receive the food in the original container(s) and have confirmed the error to the discretion of the manager on duty.
Miscellaneous
This Agreement is effective upon your acceptance as set forth herein and shall continue in full force and effect until terminated. Mr Roti Online may suspend or terminate this Agreement or the Mr Roti Online Service or remove or disable access to any portion of our service at any time for any reason with or without notice to you. If you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, you may terminate your acceptance by emailing us at info@mrroti.com and by no longer accessing our website. Mr Roti Online reserves the right to collect fees and charges incurred before you cancel your service. In addition, you are responsible for any charges incurred to third-party vendors or content providers prior to your cancellation.
Notices
We may give notice to you of a change in this Agreement and any other matter through a general posting on the Mr Roti Online Site, or other means determined by the Company.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement and the Privacy Policy referred to herein represent your entire agreement with Mr Roti Online regarding the use of the service and the Site. You agree that this Agreement is not intended to confer and does not confer any rights or remedies upon any person other than you and Mr Roti Online. If any portion of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed in accordance with applicable law as nearly as possible to reflect the original intention of the parties, and the remainder of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. The failure of either party to insist upon strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Malaysia without regard to its conflict of rules. You expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or dispute with Mr Roti Online or relating in any way to your use of the service or the Site resides in the federal and state courts of Malaysia and you further expressly consent and agree to personal jurisdiction by the state and federal courts sitting in the Malaysia in connection with any such dispute, including any claim involving Mr Roti Online. Any cause of action by you must be instituted within one year after the claim or cause of action has arisen, or be barred.
Future Amendments
Mr Roti Online may amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on our Site. All amended terms shall automatically be effective at the time they are initially posted on our Site. By accessing this Site after the effective date of any such amendment, you agree to be bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to determine the then current Agreement to which you are bound. Customers who prefer to place order by telephone agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, as amended from time to time. In all cases, as a condition of making deliveries to you, you agree to review this Agreement from time to time.
