Q: Is my area covered by your delivery service?
A: Yes, our delivery partners and us cover up to 30km from our outlets at Bukit Indah & Austin Heights.
We also courier our bread nationwide with Nationwide Express Courier Services.
Q: What are your delivery fees?
A: We have 2 types of delivery available.
Express Delivery (up to 30km)
RM1.50+RM0.80/km (min. RM5.50)
Shipping discount: RM2.90 for first RM30 spent + RM1 for every additional RM10 (min. RM0.10 after discount)

Nationwide Express Courier Services
RM7 flat rate (1-2 days delivery)
Q: What time will I receive my bread?
A: We will start preparing your bread once we received your order and payment, and send them out as soon as our delivery partners allow. You can usually expect to receive your order 1-2 hours after payment.
Q: When is your same day delivery cut-off time?
A: The cut-off time is 6pm daily, but is subject to availability. Please place your order first for us to make arrangement. We will not be able to answer if delivery is possible before your order is placed. Should we be unable to deliver, we will contact you immediately to inform and make alternative arrangements.
Q: How can I check if my order is being placed?
A: You can check your order under at My Account > Orders
